摘要
党内问责制作为全面从严治党的重要内容和有力保障,其制度化创新是全面从严治党纵深推进的必然要求。党内问责制自建党起不断在实践中探索确立和完善创新,逐步走向制度化和规范化。《中国共产党问责条例》实现了党内问责制在对象确定、内容把握、执行过程的规范等方面的制度创新。全面从严治党视域下贯彻落实党内问责制,把握好"全面"、"从严"、"治党"三重维度,不断扩大党内问责的时空范围,提升其制度效能,以问题为导向深化问责,促进全面从严治党与党内问责制的双向互动,真正达到标本兼治。
As an important content and a powerful guarantee for comprehensive and strict management to the Party, the Party accountability system is an inevitable requirement to promote its institutional innovation. Since the Party accountability system has been built, the Party has constantly explored, established and improved innovation in practice, and gradually institutionalized and standardized. The regulations of the Communist Party of China accountability system realize the system innovation of the Party accountability system in terms of object determination, content assurance, and the standardization of the implementation process. From the perspective of comprehensively strict implement to the Party＇ s accountability, a good grasp of the ＂comprehensive strict＂ and ＂party＂ three dimensions, expanding the scope of time and space within the Party to improve the system efficiency, problem oriented and deepening accountability to promote the comprehensive and strict accountability to the Party and truly achieve the specimen concurrently cure.
