特勤疗养对高海拔官兵反应时的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究特勤疗养对高海拔官兵反应时的影响。方法选取某边防团海拔4000米以上高原官兵75名,返回平原后其中26名赴疗养院开展特勤疗养,49名为未疗养组,对两组进行大脑反应时和正确率的测定,比较分析其影响因素,得出对特勤疗养措施的评估结论。结果高海拔官兵反应时、正确率受驻地海拔、守防时间以及疗养时间的影响。疗养15 d组、疗养30 d组被试因海拔不同反应时结果具有显著差异(P<0.05),且驻地海拔越低,反应时越短;未疗养组、疗养15 d组以及疗养30 d组被试因守防时间不同反应时结果呈现显著差异(P<0.05),且守防时间越短,反应时也越短;疗养组被试因疗养时间不同,反应时、正确率对比结果有所差异,且疗养时间越长,反应时越短,正确率也越高。结论高海拔官兵组织特勤疗养可以有效降低大脑反应的时间,减轻高原环境对大脑功能的不良影响。建议定期组织疗养以提高高原官兵的健康水平和部队的战斗力。 Objective To investigate the effect of special service recuperation on the reaction time of soldiers at high alti- tude. Methods Seventy-five soldiers in a frontier regiment stationed over 4000 meters above sea level were selected, twenty-six of whom participated in the special service recuperation at a sanatorium while the rest served as the non-recuperation group after their return to the plains. The reaction time of the brain and the correct rate of the two groups were compared, influencing factors analyzed, and the results of the special service recuperation were evaluated. Results The brain reaction time and the correct rate of servicemen at high altitude were affected by altitude, length of service and recuperation. There was significant difference in the results of reaction time between members of the 15-day recuperation group and those of the 30-day group because of different al- titude ( P〈0.05 ). The lower altitude was, the shorter the reaction time. There was obvious difference between the non-recupera- tion group, 15-day recuperation group and 30-day recuperation group in the reaction time because of different military service time. The shorter the length of service, the shorter the reaction time ( P〈0.05 ). The reaction time was also different because of different lengths of recuperation between members of recuperation groups. The longer the recuperation time, the shorter the reac- tion time and the higher the correct rate. Conclusion Special service recuperation out of the plateau can effectively reduce the brain response time of military personnel at high altitude and weaken the negative influence of the plateau environment on the brain function. Hence, we recommend that regular special service recuperation should be made accessible so as to improve both the life quality of soldiers and combat effectiveness of the troops.
