摘要
学生评教作为高等学校教学管理的重要手段之一,在教学质量的监督与保障方面发挥了重要作用,但在实践中却存在诸多方面的伦理缺失现象,对作为教育主体的学生和教师产生了一定的负面影响。分析学生评教伦理缺失的原因,遵循以人为本、和谐公正的价值取向,在维护教师的学术自由权利、保障学生的主体地位、构建和谐的师生关系等方面加以改进,有助于实现科学、客观、符合伦理规范的学生评教。
As one important means of teaching management in higher education institutions,student assessment on teaching plays an important role in teaching quality supervision and guarantee.In practice,however,ethical absence can be found in many aspects of it,which has negative influence on students and teachers.The causes of the absence need to be analyzed.We should adhere to people-oriented,harmonious and just value orientation in order to maintain teachers' academic freedom,ensure the subject status of students and construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship.It can help fulfill scientific,objective and ethical student assessment on teaching.
