摘要
目的旨在探讨分析高血压病人合并白内障的血脂水平检测的结果,为高血压病人合并白内障的治疗提供科学的资料依据。方法筛选遵义地区500名白内障合并高血压患者,将筛选出的白内障合并高血压患者的资料进行统计并比较分析。结果选出的500名白内障合并高血压患者的不同血脂水平的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂水平对高血压病人合并白内障的病情有一定的影响,因此高血压病人合并白内障的治疗工作不应该仅仅在于防治白内障及高血压本身,而应该将治疗方法与血脂水平的控制有效的结合起来。
Objective To investigate the blood lipid levels in hypertensive patients with cataract, and to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of such patients. Methods A total of 500 hypertensive patients with cataract in Zunyi, China were enrolled, and their data were analyzed and compared. Results There were no significant differences in blood lipid levels between these hypertensive patients with cataract（P 0.05）. Conclusion Blood lipid levels can affect the condition of hypertensive patients with cataract, and therefore, the treatment should not only focus on the prevention and treatment of cataract and hypertension, but also effectively combine therapies with control of blood lipid levels.
