摘要
[目的]研究耳鸣时十二原穴压痛反应与中医证型的相关性。[方法](1)按压十二原穴,记录出现压痛反应的原穴;(2)运用压痛测试仪测量十二原穴的压痛阈;(3)根据耳鸣患者的症状进行中医辨证分型。对压痛敏感的原穴与证型进行相关分析。[结果](1)耳鸣患者的十二原穴均存在压痛反应。其中,压痛频次前四位的原穴依次是太冲81例(90.00%)、合谷77例(85.56%)、丘墟76例(84.44%)、太白66例(73.33%)。(2)压痛阈从低到高前四位的原穴依次是冲阳、合谷、太冲和腕骨。(3)耳鸣患者均存在五脏相关证型。其中肝相关证型55例(61.11%),脾相关证型18例(20.00%),肾、肺、心的相关证型均在10例以下。[结论](1)耳鸣相对压痛敏感的原穴是肝经原穴太冲、大肠经原穴合谷、胆经原穴丘墟,其次是脾经原穴太白、胃经原穴冲阳和小肠经原穴腕骨;(2)耳鸣常见证型主要是肝相关证型,其次是脾相关证型;(3)耳鸣时,肝经、脾经及其表里经原穴与肝、脾相关证型具有一致的相关性。
[Objective] To explore the correlation between the tenderness reaction and the tenderness threshold of twelve original points and TCM syndrome types in tinnitus.[Methods]（1）Press twelve original points and record their pressure reactions;（2）Measure the tenderness threshold of twelve points by using the tenderness tester;（3）Carry out TCM syndrome differentiation according to the symptoms of tinnitus patient and analyse the correlation between tenderness of the original point and the syndrome types.[Results]（1）The twelve original points have tenderness reaction in tinnitus patients. Among them, the frequency of the four original points tenderness are Taichong（LR3） in 81 cases（90.00%）, 77 cases（85.56%） of Hegu（LI4）, 76 cases（84.44%） of Qiuxu（GB40） and 66cases（73.33%） of Taibai（SP3）;（2）The tenderness threshold from low to high in the top four is Chongyang（ST42）, Hegu（LI4）, Taichong（LR3） and Wangu（SI4）;（3）The patients with tinnitus have the syndrome types related to the five internal organs. Liver related syndrome in 55 cases（61.11%）,18 cases（20.00%） of spleen related syndrome, while kidney, lung and heart related syndromes are all less than 10 cases.[Conclusion]（1） The relatively sensitive original point tenderness tinnitus is the liver meridian original point Taichong（LR3）, large intestine meridian original point Hegu（LI4）, gallbladder meridian original point Qiuxu（GB40）, followed by the spleen meridian original point Taibai（SP3） and stomach meridian original point Chongyang（ST42） and small intestine meridian original point Wangu（SI4）;（2） The common syndromes of tinnitus are mainly related to the liver, the second is the type of the spleen;（3）The liver and spleen meridians and their table meridians have a consistent correlation between their riginal points and related syndromes in tinnitus.
