摘要
目的该研究旨在通过对患有眼部疾病的患者在医院治疗的过程中玻璃体切割术出现的重度出血的原因进行分析,并提出相应的有效可行的处理措施,为合理处置玻璃体切割术的重度玻璃体出血提供一定的借鉴和指导。方法回顾该院收治的80例眼疾患者的病例,对部分的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中病变原因不明为7例,病变原因明确的为73例。结果对患者执行玻璃体切割术后观察近2个月,出现重度玻璃体出血的患者有9例,其他的71例术后恢复状况良好,7只眼的视力无提高。结论玻璃体切割的手术在有效治疗不同原因导致的重度玻璃体出血方面具有重要意义,可广泛应用于眼部疾病的临床治疗中。
Objective To analyze the severe vitreum hemorrhage causes of patients with eye diseases after vitrectomy and put forwards the effective and feasible measures thus providing a certain reference and guidance for the rational handling of severe vitreum hemorrhage causes after vitrectomy. Methods 80 cases of patients with eye diseases admitted and treated in our hospital were selected including 7 cases whose lesion causes were unclear and 73 cases whose lesion causes were defi- nite. Results After two months, 8 cases with severe vitreum hemorrhage, and the postoperative recovery of the other 71 cases was good, and the vision of 7 eyes had no improvement. Conclusion Vitrectomy is of important significance to the effec- tive treatment of severe vitreum hemorrhage caused by different causes, which can be widely used in the clinical treatment of eye diseases.
