摘要 目的分析25羟维生素D对绝经期女性2型糖尿病患者的血糖及性激素水平的影响,探讨2 5羟维生素D对绝经期女性2型糖尿病患者血糖及性激素水平的影响。方法收集2015年5月—2016年10月间在该院内分泌科门诊或病房就诊的绝经期女性2型糖尿病患者60例,根据患者不同的25羟维生素D水平,将患者分为维生素D水平正常组、维生素D水平不足和维生素D水平缺乏组。测量各组的糖化血红蛋白水平及静脉血中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、游离睾酮(FT)的水平。每个组之间通过方差分析得出不同的维生素D水平对2型糖尿病患者性激素水平及糖化血红蛋白的影响,以及通过logistic回归法分析维生素D水平与性激素水平之间的相关性。结果通过方差分析得出对绝经期的女性2型糖尿病患者其25羟维生素D水平不足和缺乏组的雌激素水平均较正常组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绝经期的女性2型糖尿病患者不同的25羟维生素D的水平其糖化血红蛋白水平无明显不同。进一步通过Logistic回归法分析维生素D水平与绝经期2型糖尿病女性患者的雌激素水平之间存在相关性,并且这种相关性在排除了BMI、糖化血红蛋白的影响后依然存在。结论 25羟维生素D的水平的对绝经期的女性2型糖尿病患者的性激素水平有一定的影响,适当补充活性维生素D可能对提高绝经期2型糖尿病女性患者的雌激素水平有一定的价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of 25-hydroxy vitamin D on the sex hormone level of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period. Methods 60 cases of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period inour hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into vitamin D level normal group, insuffi- cient vitamin D level group and vitamin D level deficiency group according to the different 25-OHVitD levels, and the lev- els of glycosylated hemoglobin levels, FSH, LH, PRL, E2, P, T, FT levels of each group were measured, and the effect of different vitamin D levels on the sex hormone level of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period was analyzed and the correlation between the vitamin D level and sex hormone level was analyzed by the logistic regression analysis. Results The analysis showed that tile estrogen level of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period in the insufficient vitamin D level group and vitamin D level deficiency group decreased compared with that in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), and the further analysis of logistic regression showed that the vitamin D level had a correlation with the estrogen level of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period, and the correlation still existed after eliminating the effect of BMI and glycosylated hemoglobin. Con- clusion The 25-hydroxy vitamin D level has a certain effect on the sex hormone level of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period, and the proper supplementation of active vitamin D can have a certain value in improving the estrogen level of female patients with type 2 diabetes during the menopause period.
