摘要
[目的]观察健脾理气合剂对糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)大鼠胃组织细胞凋亡及相关基因Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。[方法]建立DGP模型,分别予生理盐水、吗丁啉混悬液、健脾理气合剂(高、低剂量)连续灌胃给药3周,检测血糖、胃组织细胞凋亡率,以及胃组织中Bax,Bcl-2蛋白表达。[结果]健脾理气合剂高剂量组与低剂量组、吗丁啉组比较,其胃平滑肌细胞凋亡率明显降低(P<0.05),胃壁组织的Bax基因表达明显减少(P<0.05),Bcl-2基因表达明显增加(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾理气合剂可以减少糖尿病轻瘫大鼠胃壁组织平滑肌细胞凋亡,良性调控胃壁组织的Bax和Bcl-2蛋白表达。
[Objective]To determine whether Jianpi Liqi decoction is effective for the apoptosis rate of the stomach smooth muscle cells and genes Bcl-2、Bax expression on diabetic gastroparesis rats（DGP）.[Methods]The DGP model was established.Forty five rats were divided into five groups：the normal group treated with saline,the controlled group with Motilium suspension,the two treatment groups with high or low dose of Liqi decoction respectively.After three-week continuous intragastric administration,the following outcomes were measured：blood glucose,apoptosis rate of gastric tissue cell,genes Bax,Bcl-2 protein expression.[Results]Compared to the low-dose Liqi decoction group and the controlled group,the apoptosis rate of the high-dose Liqi decoction group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）,Bax gene expression was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）,and the Bcl-2 gene expression was obviously increased（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Liqi Decoction can reduce the apoptosis rate of the stomach smooth muscle cells,and benign regulate genes Bcl-2、Bax expression for diabetic gastroparesis rats.
