摘要
为了解决风电出力的不确定性给电网安全运行带来的威胁,提出基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)快速计算卷积化简机会约束规划的动态经济调度算法.针对多个风电场同时接入系统的复杂情况,在风电出力概率和负荷预测的基础上,保证正、负旋转备用能满足负荷和风电实际出力的波动,应用机会约束规划建立了考虑失负荷和弃风风险的含风电场电力系统动态经济调度模型;利用FFT快速计算卷积求取联合变量的概率分布以将机会约束转化为确定性约束简化得到确定性模型,并用CPLEX进行求解,该方法大大减少了算法的运算时间.以修改的10机39节点系统为算例验证了所提调度模型的正确性及化简方法的有效性.
The uncertainty of wind power may threaten the safety operation of power system with theincrease of wind power in the system, especially in the complex case of multiple wind farms aresimultaneously incorporated. A dynamic economic dispatch algorithm incorporating multiple wind farmswas proposed based on FFT simplified chance constrained programming. On the base of wind power andload probabilistic forecasting, a stochastic dynamic economic dispatch model was proposed based on chanceconstrained programming, ensuring that the uncertainty caused by wind power and load can be offset byspinning rserve under given confidence interval. Then FFT was used to convert chance constraints intodeterministic constraints by computing the probability distribution of joint variables, and the finaldeterministic model was solved by CPLEX. The simulation results based on modified IEEE-39 system withmultiple wind farms demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
