摘要
改革开放以来余村从"矿山经济"转向"生态经济",走上经济社会发展与生态环境保护双赢的绿色发展之路,以农村微观样本呈现了"两山"重要思想的当代实践意义。转变发展观念是余村实践的灵魂,辨别两种"富起来"的价值内涵及境界是余村观念转变的关键;产业结构向生态经济转型、全面推进绿色发展是唯一正确的实践路径;提升发展能力和质量是未来发展的方向。余村经验的理论启示在于科学评价合理利用自然资源资产、全面剖析现代生产力结构、深刻反思"美丽乡村"和"美好生活"的发展目的论。
Since the reform and opening up, Yueun achieves the win -win green read of economic and social development and ecological environmental protection by transformation development from ＂mine economy＂ to ＂ecological economy＂, which shows the contemporary practical significance of the important thought of ＂two mountains＂ in rural micro sample. The soul of Yucun practice is changing the concept of development, whose key is identifying the value connotation and realm of two kinds of ＂rich＂. Transforming industrial structure to ecological economy and completely promoting green development is the only right practical path. Enhancing development capability and quality is the direction of future development. The theoretical inspiration of Yucun experience lies in the scientific evaluation and rational use of natural resources and assets, the comprehensive analysis of the structure of modern productive forces, the profound reflection on the development teleology of ＂Beautiful countryside＂ and ＂good life＂.
