摘要 以WC-10Co4Cr粉末为热喷涂粉末,采用低温超音速火焰喷涂(LT-HVOF)和超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术制备了WC-10Co4Cr涂层,并对两种涂层的泥浆和砂粒冲刷性能进行测试.结果表明:低温超音速火焰喷涂WC涂层的耐泥浆冲刷性能明显优于普通超音速火焰喷涂涂层,而耐砂粒冲刷性能略优于后者.低温超音速火焰喷涂WC涂层较高的致密度和硬度是其耐泥浆和砂粒冲刷性能更好的主要原因. WC-10Co4Cr coating was prepared via low temperature supersonic flame spraying (LT-HVOF) and supersonic flame spraying (HVOF) with WC-10Co4Cr powder as the thermal, spraying powder. The slurry and dry sand erosion properties of the two coatings was evaluated. The results show that the performance of low temperature supersonic flame spraying WC coating is better than that of ordinary supersonic flame spraying coating, and the sand erosion resistance is slightly better than the latter. Low temperature supersonic flame spraying WC coating higher density and hardness is the main reason for its better resistance to slurry and sand erosion.
