摘要
目的探讨品管圈管理对乳腺癌术后康复锻炼中上肢功能康复和生活质量的影响。方法第一时段随机抽取乳腺癌63例为对照组。第二时段随机选取乳腺癌患者63例为干预组。对照组常规术期护理。干预组实施品管圈护理干预。术后7天、30天、90天评价两组患者术后上肢康复评分及生活质量评分。应用SPSS 18.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果两组7天疼痛、日常活动、关节活动、肌力评分比较,P>0.05。两组30天疼痛、日常活动、关节活动、肌力评分比较,P<0.0005。两组90天疼痛、日常活动、关节活动、肌力评分比较,P<0.0005。对照组7天与90天疼痛、日常活动、关节活动、肌力评分比较,P<0.0005。干预组7天与90天疼痛、日常活动、关节活动、肌力评分比较,P<0.0005。两组出院时精神状态、自理能力、家庭功能、健康状态评分比较,P>0.05。对照组出院时及出院半年后精神状态、自理能力、家庭功能、健康状态评分比较,P<0.0005。干预组出院时及出院半年后精神状态、自理能力、家庭功能、健康状态评分比较,P<0.0005。两组出院半年后精神状态、自理能力、家庭功能、健康状态评分比较,P<0.0005。结论乳腺癌术后实施品管圈护理管理模式,可有效提高患者生活质量及有利于上肢康复。
Objective To study the quality control circle in the management of breast cancer postoperative rehabilitation exercise upper limb function rehabilitation and quality of life. Methods Randomly, 63 cases of breast cancer for the first time for the control group. The second period 63 patients with breast cancer were randomly selected as interven- tion group. The control group routine nursing operation period. Implement quality control circles nursing intervention group intervention. After seven days, 30 days, 90 days evaluation of two groups of patients with postoperative upper limb rehabilitation grade and quality of life. When two groups of discharged mental state, health status, self-care ability and family function score comparison, P〉0.05. Control group at discharge and dis- charged from hospital after six months of mental state, health status, self-care ability and family function score comparison, P〈 0.0005. Intervention group had released and discharged from hospital after six months of mental state, health sta- tus, self-care ability and family function score comparison, P〈0.0005. Two groups of six months after discharge mental state, health status, self-care ability and family function score comparison, P〈0.0005.
