摘要
"白地"一词有"荒地"义,继而又引申指贫瘠之地。《三国志》中的"白地小虏"指的是"穷山恶水的小贼",胡三省注《资治通鉴》对此语理解有误,《汉语大词典》据胡三省注为"白地"一词设"沙漠地带"义项并不合理。
Baidi（白地） has a meaning of uncultivated land and consequently extends in meaning about barren area. The word of Baidixiaolu（白地小虏） in Sanguozhi（三国志） refers to the bandits from backcountry. Hu Sanxing（胡三省） had a false understanding of this word, when he annotated Zizhitongjian（资治通鉴）. Setting a separation of meaningson Baidi（白地） as The desert is not very reasonable in Hanyu Da Cidian（汉语大辞典）.
