摘要
以高校中层干部为对象,结合合肥学院等高校干部年度考核工作实际,分析当前年度考核工作实施情况、存在问题,提出以目标为导向,改进考核项目、途径等,实施分类考核,注重考核结果的反馈与运用,进一步激发中层干部推动学校事业发展的责任感、取得工作业绩的成就感和实现自我价值的喜悦感。
Middle-level cadres of colleges and universities have been selected as the object of study. This paper specifically takes the annual assessment of middle-level cadres of Hefei University as its target and analyzes its implementation and existing problems. A goal-oriented assessment project is proposed by means of classification assessment, feedback and application of assessment result so as to further stimulate their sense of responsibility for the school development, sense of achievement and realization of self-worth in their work performance.
