摘要
通过对公立医院混合所有制改革各利益相关者的合作动因进行分析,梳理政府部门、公立医院管理者及社会办医者对公立医院混合所有制改革的态度,发现各方参与混合所有制改革的主要动因是突破现有对自我主体的种种束缚,但各方之间存在种种猜疑和不信任,因此须谨慎对待混合所有制改革。
Through analyzing the cooperation motivation of stakeholders involved in mixed ownership reform in public hospital and combing the attitudes of government, public hospital managers and non-governmental sectors towards the mixed ownership reform in public hospital, this paper found that the main motivation of stakeholders involved in mixed ownership reform is to break through the existing restraints on themselves. And there are all kinds of suspicion and mistrust among the parties, so we must treat the mixed ownership reform carefully.
