摘要
天津渤化永利化工股份有限公司140 kt·a^(-1)辛醇装置采用中国石油石油化工研究院开发的VAH气相醛加氢催化剂,工业应用结果表明,装置开车一次成功,产品达到国标优级品,催化剂表现出优异的加氢性能。
VAH type gas -phase aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina was applied in newly- built 140 kt·a^-1 octanol unit of Tianjin Bohua Yongli Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. The results of the commercial application showed that the system with VAH type gas - phase aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst was start - up success. The product quality met the national product standard of optimal grade, and the catalyst exhibited excellent hydrogenation performance.
