摘要
延迟焦化装置焦炭塔塔顶急冷油注入管线出现严重腐蚀减薄现象(最薄处2.0 mm)。从工艺环境、腐蚀机理和管线选材等方面进行了原因分析,认为腐蚀原因是由于工艺控制不当、选材设防不足造成高温硫腐蚀,引起管线严重减薄泄漏。针对腐蚀泄漏问题提出了材质升级、工艺控制和腐蚀监控等整改措施。
Serious corrosion thinning( thinnest 2. 0 mm) occurred in the quench oil injection pipeline of coke tower in delayed coking unit. Process environment,corrosion mechanism and pipeline material selection were studied. The corrosion was caused by pipeline leakage resulted from high-temperature sulfur corrosion due to improper process controlling and material selection.Improvement measures,such as material upgrading,process controlling and corrosion monitoring,were put forward to reduce corrosion leakage.
