摘要
目的:研究特定配伍药物冲击松解术联合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取177例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,所选病例按随机数字表法分为特定配伍药物冲击松解术组(a组)、普通针刺组(b组)及两者联合治疗组(c组),治疗2周后观察椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表(FS-CSA)评分和临床疗效。结果:3组治疗后FS-CSA评分较本组治疗前降低,联合治疗组治疗后FS-CSA评分较普通针刺组降低,与特定配伍药物冲击松解术组比较差异无统计学意义。特定配伍药物冲击松解术组、联合治疗组痊愈显效率与普通针刺组比较差异有统计学意义,特定配伍药物冲击松解术组、联合治疗组临床疗效优于普通针刺组。特定配伍药物冲击松解术组痊愈显效率与联合治疗组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:特定配伍药物冲击松解术联合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病是一种创新疗法,疗效显著、可靠,明显优于普通针刺治疗,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective：To investigate the effects of combination of specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment and acupuncture treatment on cervical spondylotic arteriopathy. Methods： 177 patients with cervical spondylotie arteriopathy were randomly into specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment group （group a） ,acupuncture treatment group（ group b）and both groups（ group c）. Functional scale for vertebral artery type（ FS- CSA ） and clinical effects were observed two weeks after treatment. Results：The score of FS-CSA after treatment was reduced in comparison with that before treatment in three groups. The score of FS-CSA in both groups was lower than that in acupuncture treatment group after treatment,The score of FS-CSA in specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment group and both groups was insignificance. There was a significant difference in cure and marked effectiveness rate between the acupuncture treatment group and the specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment group ,the both groups. The clinical effects in specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment group, both groups are superior to that in the acupuncture treatment group. The clinical effects in specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment group and both groups was insignificance. Conclusion： Specific compatibility of medicinal material impact solution treatment and acupuncture treatment on cervical spondylotic arteriopathy was a innovative therapies, its effects were more than acupuncture treatment, there was worth to apply and promote.
