摘要
被动式超低能耗建筑对建筑气密性要求较高,为了满足人员新风要求,必须采用机械通风系统引入新风。严寒地区冬季室内外温差大,新风负荷较大,因此须采用热回收式新风系统。本文对严寒地区某被动式超低能耗住宅的新风系统冬季的换热效率进行了测试,结果表明:换热效率随风量的增大呈下降趋势,当风机的频率大于30 Hz时,满足人均最小新风量30 m^3/h的要求。当风机的频率为30 Hz和40 Hz时,同时满足显热交换效率≥75%的要求。按照换气次数计算的新风量满足要求,但换热效率低于75%。建议按照人均最小新风量30 m^3/h的计算值作为设计新风量。
The passive house requires high air tightness. In order to meet the requirement of fresh air, the mechanical ventilation system should be adopted to introduce fresh air. The thermal load of fresh air accounts for a large proportion in severe cold region in winter because of the big temperature difference between indoor environment and outdoor environment. A heat recovery device should be used in the fresh air system of passive house. In this paper, the heat exchange efficiency of the fresh air system in a passive house was tested in the severe cold region. The results indicated that the exchange efficiency decreased with the rise of air flow rate. The fresh air flow rate was above 30 m3/(h· person) when the frequency of fan was greater than 30 Hz. The sensible heat exchange efficiency was more than 75% when the frequency of fan was 30 Hz and 40 Hz. Given that the fresh air flow rate meets the requirements and the heat transfer efficiency is slightly less than the required value, it is recommended that the designed fresh air flow rate should be 30 m3/(h·person).
