摘要
目的研究输血存在的问题,并探讨提高输血质量的策略。方法分析文献中输血存在的问题,包括输血反应、输血传播疾病、输血质量管理等不安全因素。结果输血过程存在很多风险因素。结论输血工作必须严格按照相关操作流程进行,对于各种风险因素采取积极措施控制,尽可能消除输血的不安全因素,降低输血问题率甚至消除输血存在的问题。
Objective To research the transfusion problems and strategies of improving the transfusion quality. Methods The transfusion problems such as transfusion reactions, transfusion transmitted diseases and transfusion quality management in literatures were analyzed. Results There were most risk factors in the transfusion course. Conclusion The transfusion work must be strictly conducted according to the related operation courses, and the control of various risk factors by adopt-ing the positive measures can eliminate the unsafe factors of transfusion as much as possible and reduce the transfusion problem rate and eliminate the transfusion problems.
