旧厂房改造加建基坑项目监测分析

摘要 为研究施工过程中基坑变形规律和邻近旧厂房柱下独立基础的沉降规律,以及两者之间的关系,依托某轧钢厂房改造加建项目,通过对旧厂房内加建地下室基坑坡顶的水平和竖向位移以及旧厂房的柱下独立基础的竖向位移进行跟踪监测,对监测数据进行分析。监测结果表明:基坑采用的支护形式得当,基坑边坡横向和竖向位移均满足要求,厂房内基坑施工对原有厂房的柱下独立基础沉降的影响得到了有效控制,满足基础竖向位移要求;基坑边缘过长且过于平直不利于基坑边坡稳定,适当增加短边和转折,能够增加边坡横向刚度,并为相邻边提供支点,使边坡水平变形减小,有利于提高边坡横向稳定性;在设计基坑支护时应充分考虑相邻基坑的影响。 In order to study the deformation patterns of foundation pits,the settlement patterns of single foundation under the columns of adjacent old factory buildings during the construction, the former and latter relationships, and the monitoring data by tracing the horizontal and vertical displacement of the top surface of the additional basement foundation pit of the old factory building and the vertical displacement of the single foundation under the column of the old factory building is analyzed relying on an additional reconstruction project of a rolling mill building. The monitoring results show as follows. The type of support adopted in the foundation pit is satisfactory, which meets the requirements of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the foundation pit slope. It is effectively controlled that the foundation pit construction of the factory building affects the single foundation settlement under the column of the original factory building, which meets the requirements of the vertical displacement of base. It is not good for the stability of the foundation pit slope with the long and straight foundation pit edge, so it is suitable to add the short sides and turns, which can increase the lateral stiffness of the slope, provide the support points for the adjacent sides, make the horizontal deformation of the slope small, and improve the lateral stability of the slope. Therefore, it is fully to consider the influence of adjacent foundation pits in the design of the foundation pit support.
