摘要
稳压器在寿期内要经受剧烈的温度压力变化,密封部位的泄漏有可能导致整个容器压力边界的丧失。文中对复杂稳压器人孔密封结构进行了密封分析,首次采用预应力单元的方法模拟螺栓预紧载荷,成功地克服了石墨垫片各向异性弹塑性分析难以收敛的难题。并阐述了非线性接触问题收敛性的影响因素,为稳压器等容器类密封分析提供了新的分析思路,为核动力装置平稳运行的完备性提供了依据。
Variation of pressure and temperature is very serious during the service life of pressurizer,thus leakage of seal part may cause the whole failure of the pressure boundary system. This paper analyzes the sealing of complex pressurizer structure, and creatively uses the pre-tension element to simulate the pre-stress of studs and successfully resolve the convergence problem for graphite washer with anisotropic properties. We evaluate different reasons on the convergence problem about the non-linear contact problem. This work provides a new idea for sealing problems of pressurizer-like vessels, and effectively ensures the integrity for the normal operation of nuclear power device.
