摘要
通过中国国家图书馆数据库和中国知网,对当前女辅导员的研究现状进行了分析,发现关于女辅导员研究的专著比较少,在中国知网上关于女辅导员的研究主要集中在女辅导员的困境、角色冲突、压力问题、职业倦怠等方面,期待未来有更多的对女辅导员关怀的微观研究出现。
The status quo of researches on female counselors is analyzed according to the China National Library Database and CNKI. The result shows that there is only a small number of literature works on them and the majority of these researches found in China Knowledge Network focus on their dire situation, roles conflict, stress, and tiredness from work etc. The author hopes that a greater number of micro-researches about them will be conducted in the future
