摘要
对我省招标投标监督管理现状进行了分析,从创新招标投标监督管理体制、工作机制及创新招标投标活动工作程序等方面,阐述了综改示范区招标投标监督管理构架,并指出了山西转型综改示范区发展的策略。
This paper analyzed the present situation of bidding supervision and management in our province, from the innovation of bidding super-vision and management system, working mechanism and bidding activities procedures and other aspects, elaborated the bidding supervision and management framework of comprehensive reform demonstration zone, and pointed out the development strategy of Shanxi transition comprehensive reform demonstration zone.
