摘要
分析了影响高速公路建设成本及导致高成本的因素,从明确成本关键控制点、优化成本控制组织结构、项目进度与成本控制的合理配置三方面,介绍了成本控制的有效措施,并针对项目成本控制管理提出了一些有效建议,为高速公路建设的可持续发展做出努力。
The paper analyzes the factors affecting the expressway construction cost and high-cost, introduces the effective measures for controlling the cost from the identification of the key controlling points, optimization of structure for the cost control, and reasonable allocation of the program progress and cost control, and points out some effective suggestions according to the program cost control, so as to make effort to the sustainable development of the expressway construction.
