摘要
目的探讨协同护理模式在儿童哮喘管理中的应用效果。方法哮喘患儿66例随机分为观察组及对照组,各33例。在规范治疗基础上,对照组实施常规宣教和指导,观察组在对照组基础上增加协同护理干预。通过肺功能、儿童哮喘控制测试,出院后6个月内哮喘相关事件发生情况及用药依从性方面比较干预效果。结果观察组哮喘控制总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后6个月内,观察组患儿急诊和再次住院次数较对照组患儿少(P<0.05),服药依从性观察组患儿优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论儿童哮喘管理中开展协同护理模式,能有效提高哮喘控制水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative nursing intervention on asthma management in children. Methods A total of 66 pediatric patients with asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group. Pediatric patients in both two groups were given standard treatment and routine health education,and those in the observation group were given collaborative nursing intervention. The intervention efficacy was evaluated by assessment on pulmonary function,asthma control,asthma-related events and medication compliance. Results The overall effective rate of asthma control was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P〈0.05). During 6 months follow-up,there were less times of emergence visit and rehospitalization in the observation group than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The medication compliance rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of collaborative nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of asthma control in children.
