摘要
目的探讨在门急诊输液患者中给予基于马斯洛需要层次理论的护理的应用效果。方法选取门急救中心输液大厅2015年6月-2016年6月输液患者114例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于马斯洛需要层次理论的护理,观察2组护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理后观察组SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需要层次理论的护理能够满足患者的心理、生理需要,尊重、关心患者,提高门急诊输液护理水平和患者的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application of Maslow ＇s hierarchy of needs in nursing care of outpatient receiving infusion treatment in emergency clinic. Methods A total of 114 cases of outpatients receiving infusion treatment in emergency clinic were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 57 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group was given interventions based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had higher score of nursing satisfaction assessment and lower SAS after intervention compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Maslow needs hierarchy theory nursing meets the psychological and physiological needs of patients,therefore improving the level of nursing quality and satisfaction in emergency clinic.
