摘要
现阶段一些医院为了降低医疗事故的发生率,根据自身护理纠纷的具体情况制定了相应的风险管理办法,但是这些风险管理办法在实际运用中还存在着诸多问题,如护理不到位,管理责任不明确等等问题。国内学界对介入治疗护理相关问题的起步较晚,研究的时间尚短,对护理过程中的风险分析以及管理办法还未形成完整的理论和体系。近年来,随着护理人员自我保护意识的增强,介入治疗护理中风险管理的运用越来越多,在运用介入治疗护理时联合风险管理,能够有效提升医护人员的风险责任意识,降低护理事故的发生率。本文对介入治疗护理中风险管理现状及防范措施进行分析整理。
Currently, some hospitals make the corresponding risk management methods according to the specific conditions of self-nursing disputes in order to reduce the incidence rate of medical events, however, these risk management methods have many problems in the practical application, such as the unsatisfactory nursing and unclear management responsibilities, and the research of interventional treatment nursing related issues at home is late and the research time is short and the risk analysis and management method in the nursing course fail to form a complete theoretical system, in recent years,with the increase of self-protection awareness of nursing staff, the application of risk management in the interventional treatment nursing is more and more, and the interventional treatment nursing and risk management can effectively improve the risk responsibility awareness of medical staff and reduce the incidence rate of nursing events, and the paper analyzes the risk management status and prevention measures in the interventional treatment nursing.
