摘要
新医改从全方位、多部门、跨层次的角度持续深化,从医疗、医药、医保等方面联动稳步推进,对缓解"看病难、看病贵"问题,保障人民群众身体健康意义重大。在改革中虽然取得了显著成果,但因为诸多内外机制的问题,部分公立医院陷入了经济困境。该文主要对新医改深化带给公立医院的困境进行探讨,并提出应对措施。
The new reform should continuously be deepened from all aspects, many departments and many levels, and be steadily promoted from medical and medical insurance, which is of important significance to relieving the problems of ＂being difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂ and ensuring the physical health of people, even though the obvious effect is obtained in reform, some public hospitals fall into the economy dilemma due to the problems of internal and external mechanisms, and the paper mainly studies the dilemma brought from the public hospitals by deepening the new medical reform and puts forwards the countermeasures.
