摘要
目的分析北京市中关村医院辖区内0~6岁儿童疫苗接种情况和相关影响因素。方法调取中关村医院儿童计划免疫信息系统内2011—2016年出生的全部儿童及其接种信息,分析儿童疫苗规范接种率、疫苗接种替代率及其影响因素。结果中关村地区2011—2016年0~6岁儿童疫苗接种率呈中上水平,接种率与出生地、户籍、年龄有相关性,不同年龄规范接种率与北京户籍关系较大,二类疫苗替代率水平较高。结论中关村地区辖区内儿童一类疫苗接种情况尚可,二类疫苗在接种工作中发挥了较大作用。
Objective To analyze the vaccine coverage situation and related influence factors of children aged from 0 to 6in Zhongguancun area in Beijing from 2011 to 2016. Methods The information of all children and vaccine born from 2011 to 2016 in the children plan immune information system in hospital of Zhongguancun area was selected and the rate of vaccination of vaccine in children, vaccination substitution rate and influence factors were analyzed. Results The vaccination rate of children aged from 0 to 6 in Zhongguancun area in Beijing from 2011 to 2016 was above the average, and the vaccination rate was related to the birth place, registration and age, and the standardized vaccination rate of different ages had a big correlation with the registration of Beijing, and the substitution rate of extra epi vaccine was higher. Conclusion The vaccination situation of first-class vaccine of children in Zhongguancun area is fair, and the vaccination work of extra epi vaccine plays a great role.
