摘要
介绍了分梳辊针布在应用过程中出现的断齿断尖、包覆维护不良、齿形选配不当、梳理效果差等几种典型问题的原因及影响,针对这些问题采取相应的控制措施,为充分发挥分梳辊针布的功能,保证成纱质量提供了基础保证。
The typical problems such as broken tooth and needle,poor cover maintenance,improper tooth form matching,and bad carding quality in the application of carding roller are analyzed. Reasons for the problems are investigated. Accordingly,corresponding measures to deal with these problems are proposed so as to ensure the carding roller function and the yarn quality.
