摘要 发动机中,连杆主要负责对曲轴、活塞进行连接,需要对弯曲、压缩以及拉伸等交变载荷进行承担,对发动机正常运转极为关键。连杆裂解属于新型工艺技术,可以有效解决以往连杆加工过程中存在的问题,得到了广泛关注。本文通过对发动机连杆解列加工、加工工艺与核心设备以及参数设计方式三部分内容的论述,全面介绍连杆裂解加工新技术,旨在强化裂解技术运用水平,保证发动机性能的切实优化。 In the engine, the connecting rod is mainly responsible for connecting the crankshaft and piston. It is necessary to bear the alternating load of bending, compression and tension, which is crucial to the normal operation of the engine. Connecting rod cracking is a new process technology, which can effectively solve the existing problems in the process of connecting rod machining, and has attracted widespread attention. Based on the engine connecting rod splitting processing, processing technology and key equipment and parameter design from three aspects, the paper introduces the new technology of connecting rod fracture splitting, aimed at strengthening the cracking technology application level, to ensure the optimization of engine performance.
