摘要
本文提出了某型增雨防雹火箭发射架定向器导轨优化设计的意义和思路,利用Workbench,对原导轨和优化后的导轨进行了强度比对计算,并进行了联试飞行试验。结合生产加工工艺、强度计算结果及联试飞行试验等多方面因素,最终选择了空心导轨。该空心导轨在满足使用强度的前提下,减轻了重量,节约了成本,且完全可以和原导轨互换。
This paper presents a type of anti hail rocket launcher directional guide rail optimization and design ideas, to guide the original guide and optimized the intensity ratio calculated by Workbench, and the test flight test. The calculation results combined with the production process, and strength test flight test and other factors, the final choice of the hollow hollow guide rail, guide rail on the premise of meeting the strength, reduce weight, cost savings, and can guide and swap.
