调强放疗与三维适形放疗联合腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探究调强放射治疗(放疗)与三维适形放疗联合腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果。方法:选取2013年3月~2015年5月来我院就医的100例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为观察对象,使用随机数字表法对100例患者进行分组。实验组50例患者应用调强放疗联合腔内后装放疗,对照组50例患者应用三维适形放疗联合腔内后装放疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及毒副反应发生率。结果:实验组患者的总有效率为90.00%,和对照组(82.00%)无显著区别,P>0.05;实验组患者的血小板降低、消化系统损伤发生率分别为10.00%、30.00%,显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:调强放疗与三维适形放疗联合腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌均具有类似的效果,但调强放疗的毒副反应发生率更低。 Objective:To investigate the effect of intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with intracavitary posterior radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced cervical cancer (March 2013 to May 2015) were enrolled in this study.100 patients were grouped using random uumber table as the subject of this study.A group of 50 patients with intensive exercise radiotherapy combined with intracavitary radiotherapy,group B 50 patients with three-dimensional confonnal radiotherapy combined with intracavitary radiotherapy,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and the incidence of toxic and side effects.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00% in the experimental group and 90.00% in the control group (82.00%).The incidence of thrombocytopenia and digestive system injury in the experimental group was 10.00% and 30.00% Lower than the control group,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion:Intravenous radiotherapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with posterior radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer have similar effects,but the incidence of toxic and radiotherapy is lower.
