滑石粉对聚酰亚胺/二氧化锆复合薄膜的影响

摘要 本文以PMDA与ODA为原料制得的聚酰亚胺(PI)为研究对象,用溶液法制备不同添加剂含量的聚酰胺酸/滑石粉/二氧化锆(PAA/Talc/ZrO_2)复合溶液,以5℃/min的升温速率从室温升到300℃制备PI复合薄膜。通过偏光显微镜、广角X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪以及万能拉伸试验机对其复合薄膜进行表征及测试。研究结果表明:随着添加剂Talc和ZrO_2的加入,能够诱导聚酰亚胺分子围绕其进行结晶。当Talc和ZrO_2总添加量为3%,Talc和ZrO_2的配比为5∶1时,复合薄膜的综合性能最佳。 In this paper,PAA/Talc/ZrO2 composite solutions with the different content of Talc and ZrO2 were synthesized by the solution method. Then polyimide composite films were prepared at the rate of 5℃/min from room temperature to 300℃. PI/Talc/ ZrO2 composite films were investigated and characterized by means of PLM, XRD and mechanical properties test. However, the results showed that with the increase of addition of Talc and ZrO2, the crystallization of the polyimide molecules got better. In addition,When the concentration of the Talc and ZrO2 was 3% and the ratio of Talc:ZrO2 was 5:1, the combination properties of composite films are optimum.
