摘要
自2007年中央财政开始有计划支持农业保险发展以后,农业保险持续为农业现代化发展保驾护航。十年时间,中国农业保险快速发展并逐渐成为仅次于美国的世界第二大农业保险市场。本文首先概括了当前我国农业保险现状及新环境下山西省发展农业保险发展状况,提出了在其发展过程中所出现的主要问题,最后从农业保险自身、农业保险主体及相关政策三方面提出了相应解决办法,以期为有关部门和其他省市提供借鉴与参考。
Since 2007, the central government began to plan to support the development of agricultural insurance, agricultural insurance continued to protect the development of agricultural modernization. Ten years, China＇s agricultural insurance has developed rapidly and has gradually become the world＇s second largest agricultural insurance market after the United States. This paper first summarized the current situation of China＇s agricultural insurance and the development of agricultural insurance in Shanxi Province under the new environment, put forward the main problems in its development process, and finally put forward from the aspects of agricultural insurance itself, agricultural insurance and related policies the corresponding solutions, with a view to the relevant departments and other provinces and cities to provide reference and reference.
