摘要
针对矩形脉冲激励红外热像无损检测技术的降温过程,本文通过合理的假设建立了被检物内热传导微分方程,求解出了热传导方程解析解,并通过实验验证了热传导微分方程及其解析解的合理性,为进一步研究降温过程矩形脉冲红外热像技术奠定了基础。此外,根据解析解研究了应用该技术过程中的热图处理方法,为该技术的实际运用提供了指导。
Aiming at cooling process of infrared thermography non-destructive testing technology by square pulse excitation, the differential equation of heat conduction in detected objects was built, and then the analytical solution of the differential equation was solved, and the reasonability of the differential equation and the analytical solution was proved by experiments. According to the analytical solution,the thermal image processing methods were also studied. This research provides a guidance for the practical application of the technology.
