摘要
以UG Post Builder通用后置处理器为基础,针对Mikron UCP800五轴双转台机床的运动原理,利用TCL编程语言完成对海德汉(Heidenhain)数控系统的后置处理开发。以叶轮为例进行编程,结合Vericut的数控仿真功能验证了数控程序的有效性,对其他类型的加工中心编制后置处理器具有一定的工程应用价值。
Based on the general post processor of Post Builder UG, the movement principle of the UCP800 Mik- ton Five axis double rotary table maehinewas used, and the developmenl of the special post processing of Heiden- hain (Heidenhain) numerical control system was completed by using the TCL programming language. Taking the impeller as an example, this paper combined with the numerical control simulation function of Vericut to verify the effectiveness of the numerical control program, and it has certain engineering application vah, e to the other types of processing center.
