摘要
关节置换术是用人工制造合乎生物力学的关节代替患者出现疼痛且失去关节功能的关节的一种医学治疗方法,它是一项能够减轻疼痛、恢复关节功能、纠正畸形的外科手术。髋关节或膝关节置换手术能明显改善患者生活质量。随着接受髋膝关节置换手术患者的增多,关于此项技术的改进和创新也越来越多。同时为了使患者能够更好地恢复关节功能、缩短住院时间,骨科医师及相关专业康复护理人员对于围术期干预措施的关注也越来越多,很多研究证实正确的围术期干预能够提高髋膝关节置换术的手术效果。
Arthroplasty is a medical treatment that uses artificial joints to produce biomechanical joints in place of pain and loss of joint function. It is a surgical procedure that relieves pain, restores joint function and corrects deformity. Hip or knee replacement surgery can significantly improve the quality of life of patients. With the increase in patients receiving hip and knee replacement surgery, the improvement and innovation of this technology is also＂ increasing. At the same time in order to enable the patients to better restore joint function, shorten the length of hospital stay, and the orthopedic surgeons and related professional rehabilitation staff are paying more and more attention to the perioperative intervention, and many studies have confirmed that the right perioperative intervention can improve hip surgical effect of knee arthroplasty.
