摘要
农业的弱势,促使农业改革,由此催生了各式各样的农业新模式;2014—2016年,农业现代化已连续3年在"中央一号"文件中提到;大力发展休闲农业,促进农村一二三产业融合已然成为农业改革新趋势。农业嘉年华是农业、科技、旅游、文化四轮驱动的一个综合载体,在中央大力推进农业改革背景下,农业嘉年华这一新型农业模式不断发展,日臻成熟。该研究从发展历程、特点与优势、机遇与挑战等3个方面将初步收集、整理、研究的农业嘉年华资料进行了详细的阐述,旨在为广大热衷于都市农业建设、农业嘉年华活动举办的政府、企业、机构等提供参照指导。
The weakness of agriculture caused its innovation and then lead to the emergence of various agricultural models. Since 2014, the No. 1 document from the national central government has put forward the agricultural modernization for consecutive three years. It has already been the new trend of agricultural reform that the government has developed leisure agriculture and promoted the convergence for the first, second and third industry. Agricultural Carnival is an integrated vector drived by agriculture, science and technology, tourism and culture. Because the government promoted agricultural reform strongly, Agricultural Carnival, the new agricultural model, has been developing and become more and more mature. The research elaborated Agricultural Carnival in detail from the aspects of its development, its characteristic and advantage and its opportunity and challenge, aimed at providing an important guidance for government, companies and organizations which were enthusiastic about urban agricultural construction and Agricultural Carnival.
