摘要
目的:研究和分析高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的心脏超声诊断的价值。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2017年1月收治的高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者120例为观察组,选择同期120例健康体检者为对照组。两组均接受心脏超声诊断,对比分析两组诊断结果。结果:对照组E/Ea、LVEF、LVDd、LAD等指标均明显优于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组心功能I级的E/Ea、LVEF、LVDd、LAD等指标均明显优于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,心功能Ⅱ级的E/Ea、LVEF、LVDd、LAD等指标明显优于Ⅲ级,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏超声诊断能够对高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者心力衰竭程度进行有效评估,并且能够为患者的临床诊断和治疗提供一定参考依据。
Objective： To study and analysis the value of echocardiography in diagnosis of hypertension- induced left ventricular hypertrophy combined with left heart failure.Method： A total of 120 cases of hypertension- induced left ventricular hypertrophy combined with left heart failure in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the observation group, 120 healthy cases at the same period were selected as the control group.Both two groups were taken with cardiac ultrasound diagnosis, the results of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The E/Ea, LVEF, LVDd and LAD of the control group were significantly better than those of the observation group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The E/Ea, LVEF, LVDd and LAD of I grade of heart function were significantly better than those of II, and III grade of heart function in theobservation group, the E/Ea, LVEF, LVDd and LAD of II grade of heart function were significantly better than those of m grade of heart function in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Cardiac ultrasound diagnosis can correctly assess left heart failure degree in patients of hypertension- induced left ventricular hypertrophy combined with left heart failure, and can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
