摘要
设计加工了2种不同结构的机织2.5D织物,研究了机织2.5D织物的结构工艺参数设计、织物的微观结构、织物纤维体积含量计算和织造工艺。选择具有代表性的2种不同结构的机织2.5D织物进行了研究,随着高性能复合材料应用领域的扩展还需加强机织2.5D织物多种结构、多种高性能纤维增强的复合材料力学性能的测试研究。
The structural parameter design of 2. 5 D woven fabrics, fabric microstructure, fiber volume content calcu- lation and weaving process were investigated. Two representative examples of differently structured 2.5D woven fabrics were studied, indicating that along with the expanded applications of high performance composites, it is necessa- ry to strengthen the testing and research on the mechanical properties of composites reinforced with 2. 5D woven fab- rics in various structures and composed of multiple high performance fibers.
