摘要
当前我国企业办学数量极少,而且存在着办学动力不足、师资短缺、国家政策支持匮乏、法律地位与法人财产权模糊、企业经营性与教育公益性存在矛盾等诸多问题。为推动企业办学的良性发展,必须多部门联合,协同推进,通过分类管理,按需设校,开展多种形式的联合办学,走特色发展之路。同时,要加强相关法制制度建设、完善激励机制、破除师资管理上的"二元化"问题,建立不同办学主体的交流合作机制和企业办学的内外监管机制等保障措施。
The current number of enterprises in our country is little and there is a lack of educational motivation. Schools and en- terprises recognize the power shortage of teachers, lack of national policy support, fuzzy, legal status and legal property fights of enter- prises business. There are many problems in education just like conflicts. In order to promote the benign development of enterprises, we must have a muhi-seetoral joint promoting together. We should carry out joint education in various forms, characteristics and the de- velopment of the road according to the school through the classification management. At the same time we should strengthen the legal system construction, improve the incentive mechanism and get rid of the management of teachers on the duality, the protection of a dif- ferent school principal exchanges and cooperation mechanism and the internal and external supervision mechanism of enterprises Meas- ures.
