摘要
现场教学作为现代教学组织的辅助形式,利于学员获得直接经验,使抽象理论直观化,从而深刻理解理论知识;同时也有利于学员对传统经验进行比对和反思,从而促进技术革新。近年来,中国石化在专业技术人才培训中开展了大量现场教学,随着现场教学运用的广泛与深入,我们对其内涵与运用有了更深入的认识。
Field teaching is an auxiliary form of modern teaching; it can help trainees gain direct experience and make abstract theories intuitive for them to better understand theoretical knowledge; it can also help trainees compare and contrast and reflect on conventional experience to drive technological innovation. SINOPEC Group has carried out a large number of field teaching programs in its professional and technical personnel training in recent years, and a more in-depth understanding of the method has been developed along the way.
