摘要
海上风电由于其自身的优势已经成为了风电产业发展的重要趋势。然而,恶劣的运行环境导致的巨额运维费用严重阻碍着海上风电的发展速度。为提高海上风电场维修效率,降低维修费用,很多研究工作都已取得了丰富的成果。以可靠性为中心的维修理论(reliability centered maintenance,RCM)起源于航空工业,并在长期的发展与应用中成为了制定维修策略的强大工具。综述了以靠性为中心的维修理论的发展过程及其核心技术,提出了适用于海上风电场运维的改进型RCM框架。并对其中的关键技术进行了详细的综述。最后讨论了该领域研究中有待解决的问题。
Offshore wind power is an emerging trend in wind energy industry due to its advantages. However, because of harsh working environment, its operation and maintenance(OM) costs a huge amount of money, severely inhibiting its development. To improve maintenance efficiency and optimize cost, many excellent works were carried out with abundant achievements. However, a systematic framework for wind farm OM is still needed to manage all relevant techniques. Reliability centered maintenance(RCM) was originated from aviation industry and proved a powerful approach for maintenance scheduling. This paper reviewed literatures on conventional RCM and proposed an improved version to suit applications for offshore wind turbine maintenance. Key technologies for the proposed framework were also addressed. Finally, future works on RCM based offshore wind farm OM were discussed and promising topics highlighted.
