摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法建立了固体运动饮料中肌醇含量的检测方法。样品用超纯水溶解,无水乙醇定容,超声萃取,离心后取上清液加无水乙醇经减压蒸馏至干,加入硅烷试剂衍生后加超纯水溶解,以正己烷作为萃取剂,萃取液用DB-5ms色谱柱进行分离,提取特征离子73定量,特征离子147,217和305定性,外标法定量。柱温为190℃,进样口温度为250℃,氮气流速为1.0 mL/min。肌醇在0.5~200 mg/L范围内成线性关系,检出限为0.1 mg/L,相关系数(r)>0.99,平均回收率在90.88%~95.63%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.44%~3.15%。该方法前处理操作简便,样品分离效果好,成本低,回收率高,重现性好,适用于固体运动饮料中肌醇含量的检测。
It was determination of myo-inositol content in solid exercise drink by GC-MS. The samples were dissolved in ultrapure water and redissolved in alcohol, then ultrasonic extract. The processing fluids were centrifuged and the supematant was got to dry by distillation in vacuum, and derived in silane agent and dissolved in ultrapure water, then extracted with n-hexane, separated by DB-5ms column. Marking legal quantity outside and quantitative ion was 73, and qualitative ions were 147, 217 and 305. The temperature of column and injection respectively were 190℃ and 250 ℃. The flow rate of nitrogen was t.0 mL/min. The calibration curves showed good lineareties in the range of 0.5-200 mg/L with correlation coefficients (r) larger than 0.99. The detection limit was 0.1 mg/L. The average recoveries were 90.88%-95.63% with relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) of 1.44%-3. 1 5%. This method was simple processing operations, low cost with good recovery and reproducibility. This method could be used to detect myo-inositol content in solid exercise drink.
