SiO_2硫化改性及对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能

摘要 以自制SiO_2为基底材料,用甲醇钠活化SiO_2表面羟基基团,在CS2、镁盐体系中合成了接枝-CSS-基团的改性SiO_2,研究对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能。结果表明,改性后的SiO_2在红外谱图在1 525 cm-1处显示有C-S的变形振动,热失量分析改性后的SiO_2总质量损失比未改性的多4个百分点,DTG曲线在450℃多了1个羟基接枝改性的放热峰,且扫描电镜图像显示改性SiO_2的分散性较好。优化的吸附条件为溶液温度55℃、溶液p H为7、吸附平衡时间为45 min、吸附溶液的Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,在此条件下,改性SiO_2对Cu^(2+)吸附容量为99.05 mg/g。改性SiO_2对Cu^(2+)的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温方程,吸附过程符合准2级动力学方程。 The homemade SiO2 was used as the substrate material, and the surface hydroxyl group was activated by sodium methoxide, then the modified SiO2 with graft-CSS-group was synthesized in CS2 and magnesium salt system, and its adsorption of Cu2+ was researched. The results showed that, the infrared spectrum figure of the modified SiO2 presented the deformation vibration of C--S in 1 525 cm-1, the thermal gravimetric analysis showed total mass loss of modified SiO2 was more than 4 percentage point than that of unmodified SiO2, DTG curve appeared a exothermic peak at 450 ℃ which was resulted by a grafted hydroxyl, and electron micrograph showed that dispersion of modified SiO2 was better than that of unmodified SiO2. The optimal adsorption condition was the solution temperature 55 ℃, solution pH 7, the adsorption equilibrium time 45 rain and the initial mass concentration of Cu2+ in the adsorption solution 50 mg/L. Under this condition, the Cu2+ adsorption capacity could reach to 99.05 mg/g. Moreover, modified SiO2 on the adsorption of Cu2+ was corresponded to the Langmuir isotherm equation, the adsorption process was corresponded to the quasi secondary kinetic equation.
