磁性多孔碳复合材料的简易合成及其吸附性能 被引量:4

摘要 利用天然多聚物海藻酸为碳源,制备了一种磁性多孔碳纳米复合物,并考察了其对于有机染料的吸附性能。合成的磁性多孔碳纳米材料对溴百里香酚兰染料具有较强的吸附能力,在25℃下120min即可达到吸附平衡,吸附速率常数k2=0.56×10-2 g/mg·min;平衡吸附量qe=144.51mg/g;初始吸附速率ho=116.28 mg/g·min;最大吸附容量qm可达259.07mg/g。该吸附剂合成过程简单快速、成本低廉,而且具有超顺磁性和较高的饱和磁通量(54.19emu/g),吸附染料之后可以利用外加磁场方便地进行固液分离以便重复利用,非常适合用于有机染料废水的吸附处理。 A magnetic porous carbon nanocomposite (Fe304 @ C) was synthesized by using a natural polymer (alginate) as carbon source and the property for organic dye adsorption was investigated. The obtained material exhibited superior adsorption ability toward bromothymol blue due to the porous carbon architectures. The adsorption equilibrium was achieved within 120 min under 25 ~C (k2---- 0.56 )〈 10.2 g/mg min, qe= 144.51 mg/g, ho = 116.28 mg/g rain, qm = 259.07 mg/g). The magnetic adsorbent could be prepared simply and quickly with low cost. Furthermore, it possesses superparamagnetism and high magnetic saturation value (54.19 emu/g) so that it can be separated readily from the matrix with an exter- nal magnet after adsorption. The recovered material can be regenerated easily for reuse and is suitable for the treatment of organic dye wastewater.
