摘要
医学活动主体在追求医学认知、从事医学实践以及从生存与发展的角度对医学认知和实践过程进行哲学反思中,逐渐生成了并不断完善着的医学伦理精神。医学伦理精神是由医学人文精神生发而来,它构成了医学精神特别是医学人文精神的内核,突出彰显了医学本身的核心价值追求。医学伦理精神有机系统蕴涵着三重之维:认知精神、求善精神和审美精神。医学伦理精神的审美之维是整体美与动态美的统一、主体之维与客体之维的统一,是医学活动主体自我实现的精神指归和应该追求的个人道德与精神境界。
During the process of medical knowledge pursuit, medical practice, medical cognition from the aspect of survival and development and philosophical reflection in practice, medical-activity subjects have gradually generated and constantly improved medical ethics spirit. Medical ethics spirit is originated from medical humanistic spirit. It constitutes the core of the medical spirit, especially the humanistic spirit of medicine, and highlights the core val- ue pursuit of medicine itself. The organic system of medical ethical spirit contains three dimensions： cognitive spir- it, seeking kindness spirit and aesthetic spirit. Aesthetic dimension of medical ethics spirit is the unity of the whole beauty and dynamic beauty, the unity of subject dimension and object dimension, the spiritual end-result of medical -activity subjects＂ self--realization, the personal morality and spiritual realm to pursue.
