摘要
利用DEA原理构建投入产出指标,评价2010~2015年北京市除首都核心区以外三大功能区(包括13个区)农业观光旅游发展效率,并利用DEA-MI模型分析其效率演进,同时从规模报酬、规模密度演进角度分析三大功能区农业观光旅游规模发展情况。结论显示,北京市农业观光旅游发展效率处于中等水平。从功能区看,效率演进变化呈生态涵养发展区优于城市发展新区且优于城市功能拓展区。效率演进分解显示,技术进步率贡献较大。规模报酬与规模密度演进分析显示,功能区规模密度递增,规模报酬呈递减趋势。
The input-output indexes were constructed by using DEA principle, the development efficiencies of agricultural tourism in the three functional areas （including 13 districts） in Beijing were evaluated from 2010 to 2015, and DEA-MI model was used to analyze its efficiency evolution. Meanwhile, scale development and scale density evolution analysis of the agricultural tourism in the three functional areas were applied to show its current development. The results showed that the development efficiency of agricultural tourism in Beijing was at a moderate level. From the perspective of functional area, the evolution of efficiency of ecological development area was better than the urban development area＇s and better than the city function development area＇s. The evolution of efficiency showed that the rate of technological progress contributed greatly. The analysis of scale payment and scale density showed that the scale density of the functional area was increasing and the scale payment was decreasing.
